ESAW Lightning Conductor (EEC-9394) 

For a demonstration of the principle of lightening conductor, the charge stored in spherical balls capacitors and its conduction to the earth. Comprises a plated metal sphere mounted on a cast metal tripod base and another adjustable sphere supported above the first one on a metal strip on the vertical pillar attached to one of the legs of the tripod base. The upper sphere has a bent metal rod terminating in a pointed shape with provision for adjusting the distance between the two spheres.
